M. S. McClellan app for iPhone and iPad

Now you can carry Knoxville’s favorite clothing store for men and women in your pocket with the M. S. McClellan app. We’ve harnessed technology to make your life easy. You’ll never be out of the loop, you’ll know first when new goods arrive and we’ve even provided some tools for you to use on the fly….plus more useful goodies.
Some of the features (and how to use them) of this app include

Events -
We’ll ask first, but we’d like to put our trunk shows and special events on your iPhone or iPad’s calendar. Simply tap on an event that interests you and tap “Add to Calendar” and then set up your personal push notification schedule.

Alterations / Gift Wrap Reminder
No need to forget your clothes or gifts again. Simply go into Reminders, pick gifts or tailoring and scroll to the number of days out when your alterations should be ready or when your gifts will be wrapped and ready for pick up. Set your personal push notification alerts and get a reminder that day.

News of The Day
This is where we’ll let you know about special announcements, special promotions, style & living features and any other brilliant things we think you need to know. If you see a red badge on your homepage….it’s probably here.

Gallery
Find out first about new arrivals in the men’s and women’s here. We’ll load photos of the new goods on a regular basis. Again, if you see a red badge on your homepage – it’s here or in the News. The Gallery will also feature current and informative videos about style and our more compelling collections here.

Wish List
An easy user interface allows you to take pictures of items you want (Christmas, Holidays, Birthday or Anniversary) and then share with the right person via email. Eliminate the disappointments and make sure people know just what you want. Your Gallery will be archived in the app for future reference that only you can access.

** A note on iCloud – Currently our app does not support syncing the app on all of your devices through the iCloud. However, if you turn on Photo Stream any photos taken on your iPhone camera will show up on your iPad allowing you to share by email from either device. Non iOS phone users with an iPad can send photos to iPad via their email and the photos can be saved to Photos in iPad and used in this app accordingly.

Tools
The Tools section is an archive of informative things you might need to know on the fly – how to tie a bow tie (video and graphic), how to wear a pocket square, how to polish your shoes, how to tie a ladies’ scarf, an invitation decoder for men and women, and more. We’ll add more as needed…and you can feel free to send us ideas!

Personal Dossiers
Never be without sizes for important people again. Set a dossier up for Wife, Husband, Son, Daughter, Father, Mother or other important people. Create as many dossiers as you need. And make sure to enter each persons birthday and/or anniversary and well automatically send you a push reminder!
To Use –
•All size entries for the user rely upon a scroll wheel for entry. Just tap the blank size area. Size entries in the Others are typed in to allow for specific notes.
•In the “OTHERS” section, tap “Add Another Dossier” and scroll to the person you would like to create a size dossier for. Date entry for birthday/anniversary is by scroll wheel. When you create a dossier for “other” (like a best friend) you will choose whether it is a male or female dossier and the appropriate size requirements will come on the screen.
